I. You will be bound to your order once you send it.  Boblbee Australia is bound once you receive an order confirmation which is sent by e-mail after Boblbee Australia has accepted your order. If the order is not in stock we will send you an e-mail.


All prices stated are valid in accordance with Australian tax regulations and law. Delivery costs are not included and will be clearly stated on your order.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a prompt refund.

b. Give your order number and request a Merchandise Return Form. When you have filled in and sent us your Merchandise Return Form you can return your unused merchandise to us.  You have to pay for the shipment.


Defective or damaged goods must be returned to Boblbee Australia within 14 days on receipt of the goods.
Contact mail@point65.se com and state your order number, why you are returning the product and request a Merchandise Return Form. When you have filled in and sent us your Merchandise Return Form you can return your unused merchandise to us. You have to pay for the shipment.

When completing the Merchandise Return Form you will be asked to specify whether you prefer a credit to your account or if you are requesting a replacement item to be shipped.

NOTE: Replaced items must be identical (including colour) to your original order.

If the return is due to a manufacturing or Boblbee Australia error, the initial shipping and return charges will be waived.  As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return, we send a replacement product.  As the repayment process involves a number of stages, your money will normally appear back in your account within 1-2 weeks.  In the event of dispute, Australian law shall apply.


Neither party shall be liable for failing to perform one of his obligations, if such failure was caused by a natural catastrophe, Acts of God, civil or military emergency, fire, flood, strikes, labour market conflicts, epidemics, war, insurrection, riots or any other cause outside the reasonable control of the party. In the event of force majeure, the party concerned shall be obliged to inform the other party in writing that the reason why he has failed to perform his side of the contract was caused by force majeure.  If the reason for failing to perform continues for more than six months, both parties shall have the right to terminate the contract by written notification to the other party.

Boblbee Australia Limited Warranty

The Warranty contained herein is the whole and exclusive warranty made by Boblbee Australia and there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability made with respect to any product.

Boblbee Australia is not liable for any injury mishap or loss incurred as the result of use of this product.  The user of this product acknowledges and assumes any risks associated with such use and waives any and all claims against Boblbee Australia, its owners, staff, representatives, agents and assigns.

All products manufactured by Point 65 Sweden and distributed by Boblbee Australia are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship according to the following conditions:

Warranty of Materials and Workmanship:

Products (not including nondurable parts such as ratchet straps, bungee cords, cords, lines etc) that prove defective within a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase, will be repaired or replaced, at the exclusive option of Boblbee Australia, free of charge to the owner.  Boblbee Australia will not pay for any shipping and handling fees.  Customers will pay for shipping and handling to and from a repair centre, as designated by Boblbee Australia.

The warranty will be null and void if the product is used in a commercial application, has been structurally altered in any manner, or the product has been stressed beyond the normal physical limits of the materials.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, abrasions or abnormal abuse of the product.  Damage caused by extreme use is not covered by this warranty.

Boblbee Australia reserves the right to modify its designs, specifications or products without notice and without incurring any obligations to modify, retrofit or incorporate such changes into any products in production, in the possession of retailers or in use by customers.  Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate any changes in design or specification.

Original sales receipt should be produced with warranty claims on all products as proof of purchase.

Fully Transferable/Limited Warranty

In the event the original owner sells the product, Boblbee Australia will extend the warranty to the subsequent owners of the product only in the event that the original purchaser of the product has registered his/her original warranty. The new owner requests a new “Warranty Registration Card” to be sent to him/her and has it completed and mailed back to Point 65 Sweden AB within 10 days upon its receipt.

DISCLAIMER: In the event of a discrepancy between the warranty information herein and warranty information posted online the latter shall prevail.

Warranty Claims should contain the following:

    • Original sales receipt.
    • Photos of the area/problem in question.
    • A detailed description of the problem.
    • A detailed description of the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the problem.
